Finally Summer

This is our first week with no school. I was excited at first but now I'm just overwhelmed. The kids are still waking up early and going to bed really late. They are already about to tear each other's heads off. I can't believe how much they have been fighting. We have been really busy, there's still a lot to for my brother's Wedding this weekend, I'm not sure how it will all get done.

Olivia grew out of her Flower Girl dress, so I had to order another one. When it got here yesterday it was hideous, she immediately started to cry. We were up until mid-night searching the web for another dress. She's only eight but looks older so we needed a dress that wasn't to grown up and not to baby-ish. She finally picked one and I'm hoping it gets here in time or I don't know what we will do!!!

All the bridesmaids and flower girls got to pick their own style of dress it just had to be a specific color and length. My dress is being altered as we speak. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will turn out. Jasmine's dress is perfect and she looks like an angel in it. I haven't got to see John or Damon in their tuxedos yet, but I'm sure they will look handsome. We spent all of last week getting headbands, shoes, slips, strapless bras, (not an easy task for me) and I managed to find some jewelery for my dress. The only thing left is jewelry for the girls.

Oh, did I mention how grown up Olivia is? She doesn't want to wear the jewelry she already has, she wants new ones that nobody has seen yet. Her shoes had to have a heel, and now she wants a pedicure with glitter toes. YIKES! I can't wait for the teenage years. ;)
