Every Friday we try to do something fun together as a family. This week we took the kids and my parent's miniature golfing. We waited until about 7pm but it was still 100 degrees. Even though it was hot, we managed to still have fun.
John taught everyone how to hit the ball. Here he is with Damon.

Here he is with Jasmine.

Olivia didn't need any help, as usual. It was so HOT,
everyone's face was bright red and Day was soaking wet. He said "Mom, sweaty is not a good look for me!"

I had to take a few pictures of the golf course, of course.

Here's a picture of Olivia right before
Jassy fell in one of the ponds. The water was dyed blue and from where we were it looked like black pavement, so she thought she could jump on it. She fell right in. It was really funny because of course it scared her and she screamed bloody murder. I knew she was
OK, but is it wrong that I was more concerned about my camera and cell phone getting wet?

Here's
Jassy enjoying a cold treat. I had to bribe her with ice cream to settle her down. I don't think she appreciated everyone at the golf course laughing at her. Not to mention her feet and legs were stained blue from the dyed water, so she was quite a sight to see.

After golfing, we took the kids to Iceberg for giant milkshakes.
This afternoon we got to go to my cousin Melanie's Wedding. She married her cute boyfriend Phil and they make such a lovely couple.

They had a brunch at The
Porcupine Pub, which was a lot of fun and John and I got a much needed break from our little ones. Long and Kris were nice enough to take care of them for the afternoon. Today was another hot day so they let the kids play on the
waterslide. Our kids always enjoy playing with their cousins, so they had a blast. THANK YOU, Long and Kris-
MWAH!!!
Tomorrow is going to be another
scorcher, so we are planing on staying inside the nice air
conditioned house.
It does look very hot! We are melting over here! Looks fun anyway!
