Not A Big Fan

This last weekend can be summed up in three words:

Bouncing:

(Liv and her friend Aubree.)

Swimming:

Sleeping:

Sunday we also took Damon and Jas for haircuts. They both turned out horrible. Damon had a really crooked fade and Jasmine's hair is so short it won't even stay in a barrette. I guess that's what we get for taking them to Great Clips and not our regular Salon.
Tuesday both girls started their Dance Classes. Jassy gets to take hers in the morning at her Preschool and Liv takes hers with a group of friends in the evening. They both loved their new classes. Jas gets to dress like a Ballerina.

Wednesday, Liv officially learned how to ride a bike. She is still riding her little bike and will be learning to ride her new bike later this week.

After all that bike riding it was time for a treat. What's that I hear...it's the Ice Cream Truck!!! How convenient...

Jassy got a Snow Cone.

Liv got a Cotton Candy Popsicle.

Day got a Spiderman Popsicle.

The kids all love school and are doing great with their new teachers. I'm still adjusting to making dinner every night (Not a big fan.) It's much easier and I think cheaper to just pick up dinner. That way everyone gets what they want and I don't have to run to the store every other day or make three of four different types of meals that still no one eats. UGH! But I made a personal goal that I would try to cook every week day, so I'm going to stick with it. Don't get me wrong I always make breakfast and lunch-for the most part, but dinner too, YIKES! I think just adding that to my already busy schedule, has thrown me over the edge. I don't mind cooking, it's the cleaning afterwards that I hate. Next week I start volunteering at the school, we'll see how long making dinner everyday lasts then.

  1. I love the picture of Jas with the snowcone. So cute. You are a nice mom to make more that one dinner. I make one and if you don' like it, don't eat! I hava few photo shoots lined up and I've started just charging $50 for now. I think I'm going to have my step mom help me with a website and start a business. It's just happened I guess! If you want me to take more pictures of your family, I would love to!

  2. making dinner every day is tough. I never make it every day. But I always think I might.

I love the pictures and have to agree the snowcone is my fave.
